Tell us when you're flying and select a convenient time for us to meet you at your home (or hotel).

Your bags are checked-in from home
Simply show your passport and boarding pass to our driver. He'll take care of the rest.

Do all passengers need to be present?
A:
Yes. Due to TSA regulations, all passengers checking in bags via AirPortr need to be present at the selected time slot.
Q:
How do I know where my bags are and when they'll arrive?
A:
You'll be able to track your bags at every step of the way, from start to finish. We'll also keep you fully up-to-date on progress by SMS and e-mail.

How many bags will you take?
A:
As many as you like, but keep in mind that if you ask us to check-in any bags that go over your American Airlines allowance, we will charge you the relevant Excess Bag fees.
Q:
I am not flying with American Airlines. Can I still use the service?
A:
At present we only provide the door-to-door service with American Airlines on their flights from London Heathrow to Dallas Fort Worth. If you're traveling on a different flight, we can still check your bags in from home, but you'll need to collect them at the carousel after you land. Please check this page to learn more.

We're planning to expand the service to other key US airports in the near future. Stay tuned.

At the moment we don't (but we are working on it!).
